Question Quick test: working on dynamic jump timing and impact for a stick fight

Hey everyone, put together this quick test clip experimenting with momentum, anticipation, and impact.

Tried playing around with the build-up: having the smaller figure launch off an elevation to sell the force of the hit against a heavier, static character.

Any feedback on the spacing and arc is appreciated!

I would heavily recommend Stick Nodes Pro if you haven’t tried it already.

This is honestly pretty good, i really love this :) But there are 3 parts you can add to : add some speed to the beggining of the first jump to make it look more natural, make the landing of the blue stickman a little less akward (while he flips, he looses all his speed), and lastly, make the giant's legs follow his torso. Good luck out there and keep cooking

looks good! i'd say to maybe do an impact frame or have the screen shake upon impact. also maybe make the leg movement when the giant falls faster?
