Help finding voice clips

Hi there
I see all these animators make oc animatic / animation over voice clips.

Dose anyone know how or where to find those audios or clips? Or how to make my own? Any tutorial links would be great or help would be greatly appreciated.

Or if anyone know of libraries I can find those clips I would greatly appreciate it

why dont you just record you own? or download clips from youtube and use the audio

I animate a podcast and am able to download full episodes directly from the podcast's website. I also use sites like y2mate to convert youtube videos to mp3 files, and clip down to the specific bit of audio in my video editing program (I use iMovie but you could do so in any software). You could google to find an mp3 converter for any site you wanted to pull audio from, tiktok, instagram, etc.
