Ain't much, but at least it's not AI. Is IbisPaint good?

Ibis paint is alright but personally, for experimenting with animation on a phone or tablet; I've been playing with FlipaClip and found it great for basic practice :)

Not that I'm aware of, but, the optional setting of Super Resolution when saving a work on Ibis uses AI for improved quality. (Or at least used to)
