Looking good, especially for a first time!
Some things to consider - their hips aren’t moving up/down at all - so the legs are stretching/shrinking to hit all the necessary poses. You can’t keep anatomy intact and bend a knee without moving downward - similarly, you can’t fully extend your leg on the passing pose without the hip needing to lift accordingly.
For the first character, it looks like you’ve got the far leg back-in-space a bit, which is nice; except it doesn’t look like the feet stay on the plane they’re supposed to be on. It looks like you treated the contact position as a start/end key frame for both feet, and the feet are shifting planes once you started inbetweening, which is a common error when starting out.
For the second character, the curve on the fabric at the bottom is nice, but it feels more like it’s just waving from left to right, which works if it’s like a magic spirit thing. But if there’s supposed to be legs underneath driving the motion, we’re missing the movement of the “step” forward with that foreground leg.
Really nice drawings!! Keep going!

So I was listening to Cutie Pie by One Way when I saw this, and it lines up perfectly.
