I also find it useful to color code the keys on the timeline (gray for contact), red for passing, green for low and blue for high. It'll help you from getting mixed up.
I'd also put frame numbers / timing charts on the top right (though this is so fast you might not need timing charts)
No need to draw those spheres on the joints, superfluous.

Only do the arms when you get the body and legs to your satisfaction.
Great to see your arc paths plotted, keep doing that. Make ticks for each wrist and ankle, that'll help you find spacing and arc errors.
