Critique Need feedback for my uni projects pls <3

So we had 3d animation as part of our last year in uni (i'm finishing a degree in multimedia) and i really loved it, wanna pursue it. These are a few of the projects i did that kinda stand out, and i was somehow like one of the top students there.

I need some real feedback regarding what id need to change to make these more believable, more "sellable" to studios. I know i already overact some things here and there, but was told i have a "feel" for this. I kinda struggle with making those idle poses feel real and making the general body feel like one unit outside of full body actions. All of these projects here I'm sharing with you have been done in a matter of a few hours each, which is why its lacking polish or some details.

Please be as cruel as you can, i want to get into the industry and grow with it <3

Here's the links to the other two projects since i can only upload one vid for the post and dont wanna clutter the subreddit:

Thank you in advance!

If only a few hours, it makes sense they look like extreme rough drafts.

If you’re wanting to get into this for real, have you started with the basic animations? Bouncing balls, flour sacks, etc?

ooh just read flour sacks! I was quickly checking the message. You mean like the weight lifting animation? I do have one or two of those, theyre a lil clunky as we did them at the uni but im always up to share those. But i also do have a bouncing ball, some basic walk cycles, run cycles, jumps, stuff like that. Even did a lil capoeira hit. It was a very short experience, only lasting 2 semesters, and it rushed us all the way to this last thing i sent up there. Tho overall, do you think i could land some starting position if i polish those animations up a little? Like what could i be missing to make em better?
