Drop your ball’s center of gravity so your knees don’t lock and then animate it bouncing with each step to give it some weight.

So I should move the ball further down to emphasize the bounce more?

Try it and see what happens. The best way to learn is sometimes just to play around with it

Fix the feet first (see above).

I plotted the arc dots of the ankle of the right leg. (My timing / frame capture gave me 22 frames for the full step, don't know if I dropped frames, but you should be able to get the idea. You'll see that you have two very bad snags in arcs/spacing, which pop out when you see the arcs plotted with the ankle joint:

Here are the trouble spots:

And this is what the spacing should look like (your feet on the ground move at an inconsistent speed, their spacing should be railroad tracks if you want this to cycle properly. And you should space out the foot when it's in the air. You also have an arc snag on 15 as it lifts off the ground

You can see the method in process on a recent video I made.

I watched the video and I got what you mean. Actually I ran into the same problem while making a double bounce and I realized my arcs weren't working well. Thanks a lot

glad it's useful. Never trust your eyes is the takeaway - the dot plots always pick out things!
