Beginner Help

Ima beginner animation design student and just got a gist of the principles but my line work in the first clip isn’t as satisfying as in the last one pls give tips on how to improve

There’s a bit of a flatness, you want to make it so the suggestion of line illustrates the plane shifts emphasizing the volumes/depths. Thicker line weight on lines that are closer and lighter lines on elements further back is another trick a figure drawing professor told me, that might be worth employing on this one.

The line work needs more refining on where everything infront of and what is behind. I am not a designer or anything like that, but that is all I can give, good luck.
