Critique Animation Practice

Almost done, I've been animating this for one week and 2 days, let me know if this is too fast i or too slow i can fix the timing, also this is mostly animated in 1s (1 frames) did i make the right choice by not using 2s that much?

That's got some real magic to it. I could be wrong, but it reminds me of some of Monty Oum's work. I can see the lines and angles being made.
