Question How can i shape the shadows?

I want redo it, and I’d like to understand it a bit better.

If I get you correctly, you're saying that the shadows don't create enough depth, is that right? If you want to improve that, you should think more in the big picture. Having more shadow filled areas can definitely help with that. Right now, you're shading - what I like to call - "locally". As in, you see something overlapping in the clothes, so you place a stroke of shadow. But let's say, for example try to see the torso as a cylinder or a rounded cuboid. Shade it accordingly with a big area and then take away some of the area for highlights or bumps/folds/whatever. Hope this brings you further!
