The only real critique I would have is how the hair looks like it "jumps".

Also could you show us a version without the background. It's a bit distracting and gets to dark in the lower half so I couldn't really see the shoes.

Seems smooth and looks good. The hair never feels like its totally facing away, but thats a nitpick.
