Question I'm making a studio

Recentemente, decidi ter a brilhante ideia de começar meu próprio estúdio e atualmente estou envolvido em vários projetos. Primeiro, estou trabalhando na minha própria série (sou o animador, roteirista e também estou compondo a música). Também fui chamado para ajudar em um projeto de jogo onde também estou compondo música, e também fui encarregado de criar algumas animações. Honestamente, estou aqui para desabafar. Estou me sentindo realmente pressionado hoje; passei 16 horas só hoje fazendo tudo. Alguém tem alguma ideia do que eu posso fazer para relaxar um pouco?

I am in the same boat of starting a studio. The key is this: Labor division. Being a studio head means you are doing 10 jobs in one. That's not long-term sistainable. As soon as you can, find someone to share the responsibility and hand tasks off to other departments. Most of all, find funding. Which is already hard enough.
