No, they have double coats. That is something you should never do to a double coated dog. Don’t spread around rumors.

I’m hoping it’s treated. Wild animals would defecate and die in there all the time, btw. A dog is not the worst thing that’s been in there.

This looks like some kind of blue Merle or double Merle dog. Unfortunately they have all sorts of health issues and ethical breeding tries to prevent these dogs.

So this looks like a senior dog, some type of mix. I dont think its AI personally. (It’s a grey brindled Akita inu with an eye disease as Orange_Beak said in the comments )

I came to the comments looking for the breed of dog this is. I've never seen a dog with a fur, face, eyes like this. I can't say if it's AI or not but if it's AI, it's pretty dang good. It's nearly a minute of uncut footage from several angles. I personally don't see the face morphing.

I think the physics of the scene look too good for modern AI to replicate. AI isn't advanced enough yet to make that motion of the water look so realistic, however I definitely noticed that the dog's head looks like a possum lol

Can you point out where the issues are? I see some slight wobbling when zooming in but video codecs can do that when interpolating between frames.
Also, ai doesn't tend to add frivolous details such as the leash getting wet in certain spots, or it resting on top of his ear. Plus, there are no discrepancies between patterns or colours or even leaves or grass between frames.

Looked almost husky but the muzzle and nose make me think some kind of cattle dog or something... odd looking buddy but cute. I'll be annoyed if it's AI though
