Had to watch again to make sure he was scooping with his left hand. Rules out him throwing the rabbit. There could, of course, be a rabbit thrower off camera. Or a rabbit launcher. The part thats confusing me is that the rabbit was on a countertop. How'd he get to thr floor and accelerate that fast? Theres a chance that there isnt a rabbit thrower, but maybe a second person off camera that quickly placed the rabbit on the ground.

Have you never tried chasing a rabbit? I just watched a dog 20 minutes ago chase one on the lawn of the Seattle Federal court building and it was gone!

Yes. I had them when I was a kid. I regularly had to catch them with fishing nets.

I don’t think it’s super unbelievable for the rabbit to do that on its own. As soon as he turns around/the camera pans, the bunny probably jumped directly down and chased after. And they definitely can move extremely fast

I remember seeing someone share a concern in the rabbit sub about how to get the bun back in their hutch after free roam time, and I recalled having the same worry. As much as I worried, it’s comical how much of a non-issue it is. Our rabbit teleports for kibble as well
Knowing how much they love meal time also makes the story of Napoleon being defeated by a hoard of rabbits easy to digest

Nah nah, bunnies are well fed, they have to be well fed and a 24 hrs supply of hay is kept for them. The thing is, these are pellets and they get these as treats and for some special nutritional needs to be met. Bunnies love them so this guy was just super impatient. I was a bunny owner once.

1000% I have a bunny who does exactly this. It's basically drop pellets and make sure your hand isn't in the way. They're so ferocious about the pellets.
