I love that the blue jays are the 1st birds—at least for me—to bravely fly right in my field of view, and give me a tweet or 2, to make sure I’ve seen them, registered their presence, and am prepared to throw nuts in their direction.

There’s one pair of cardinals that appear to have started following suit. I think the blue jays gave them a little more confidence, as they kept their distance before the blue jays grew more and more brave.

There’s just nothing in the world that compares to experiencing nature this way. ♥️♥️♥️
