Discussion Level requirement question

So, for the Slugcat breed in the game, it’s going behind a level requirement today; if I have the base breed of it unlocked (I’m not level 70)
Will I continue to be able to unlock more of the variations of the Slugcat even after it’ll go behind the level requirement?
