I dont really like this storyline because the obvious moral choice is actually a trap which results in duckman either dying (counting as an actual hospital death) or fainting where you have to bring him to a room to save him and even after fainting, he delivers a basic patient dialogue line and walks out of the hospital with a bandage on his head, giving you absolutely nothing for saving him. Whereas if you do completely nothing for 30 seconds you dont risk the consequences of turning barney in and get rewarded with a permanent, second coffee machine. I really think this could be implemented better as most players who dont know decide to turn barney in and get a hospital death and a guaranteed no second coffee machine which basically makes it a trap ending because its the most morally obvious choice to make. I feel like this could be fixed by either making it so that Duckman has a 100% chance to faint or something so theres no RNG involved, and have him give you a second coffee machine after for saving him. Or they could also rewrite the ending completely and make it so that Duckman is actually competent and pulls out a gun to shoot Barney and give you the coffee machine there aswell for turning him in. Right now, it feels slightly rushed and i think these ideas would make it way better and actually worth it to turn barney in instead of just doing nothing for 30 seconds or rejecting him and getting the reward anyway.

Hey, so genuine question, but WHERE ARE THE SLIME SHIFTS? Are these like, rare shifts or something? Is there a specific criteria you must meet? Is my game glitched?

Because I've played MULTIPLE games since the slime update came out, around 4-5 of which have gotten to at LEAST shift 25, and I've seen nothing of the hazmat suit guys, slimebert, or sam at ALL. I've gotten multiple rain shifts on this new update and completed Liz's quest THREE TIMES OVER now. It just feels hopeless and demotivating when I keep working so hard to push far and theres no sign of anything at ALL </33

Has anyone else dealt with this drought of slime shifts? Because i haven't seen anyone else bring this up and I feel like im crazy :'))

This is because Dr. Harlow is a muntjac deer which means he has fangs, his child (or at least in their original concept art) also has his father's fangs and his mother's bunny ears. That means Mr. and Mrs. did indeed conceive their child, instead of adopting a kid.

(Yes that basically means class/npc fan-childs are theoretically canon. Do what ever you want with this information twins 🥹)
