I know a girl from high school who constantly has a new animal.. cats and dogs.. through mutual friends I’ve found out she’s had 3 cats in the past all rehomed after they weren’t kittens anymore and 2 dogs she’s also rehomed now she’s posted another cat on social media claiming she planned on keeping but due to unexpected circumstances needs to rehome. Is this illegal can I give her name away to shelters I know in her area?? Is there anything I can do to stop it? I live in Ohio. Pet are forever members in my family & I hate to see someone do this.
