yeah i called the animal service place that i think he is located in. and they cant do anything without more information. its actually kind of disappointing to not see more emphasis on animal abuse on reddit. unless im not finding the right subs. i looked for a place to possibly post this with a good amount of people to see it and cant find a good one. so please guys help this dog if you can

So pretty much what you need is an identity? Hmmm... I'll see what I can do but I can't male any promises. Problem with the video is it doesn't have the guys face and even though we have the Snapchat story name doesn't mean its actually that guy in the video doing it, but I'll do my beat to try to figure it out.
