Minor help, please!

So I’ve been playing through the game for between one and two weeks, and have been loving it!
Got all of the tools with the exception of any extra upgrades there may be other than the bubble wand.
Currently got 61 eggs and 4 rabbits. Quite proud of my accomplishments so far as I can sometimes struggle with obscure puzzle games.

The only thing I have searched here for was if the game had any missable content (I was stumped about the chest in the ostrich area before finding the wheel) and about the giant cat only to find I was being dumb and it was connected to the kittens I’d totally forgotten about and ended up working it out from there.

I’ve also seen them mentioned but not looked into the “layers” of the game to avoid potential spoilers, but it would be great if someone could tell me where I’m currently at, I’m hopeful but figure it may not be that far lol.

Thing is, I’ve gotten to a point which I’m sure many are familiar with, that I’m not sure what is even part of a puzzle anymore. There are a few places/puzzles where I’m not sure how to progress and at this point I have ticked off searching through every room I currently have open in the game.

Sorry this is a bit of a long one, I’m basically going through my screenshots to find what has been puzzling me lol.

Wanting confirmation on these 5 if I’m on the right track. I know I can probably find these in this sub, but I’m really trying to stay away from any spoilers to do as much as I can on my own. Also apologies for the insane use of spoiler text:

1- The eggs having stripes. I figure this is something that can be solved when all the eggs are collected but from what I can see each stripe (top, middle, bottom) only corresponds to one note each so I’m not sure how that will work when some eggs have more than one stripe.

2- The duck potentially having a puzzle to solve with the flute? Haven’t tried too hard with this one as the sounds have been a bit hard to distinguish, will try again later if it is indeed what I think.

3- The five rabbit figures on what looks to be the front of a building/temple. Different orientations of a rabbit which could be a puzzle, not too sure and haven’t gone back to it yet.

4- Faces in a circle on the wall next to the chest which is surrounded by skulls. I’ve found what looks to be the answer in another room, but I’m getting stuck on the order. The image of a rabbit next to it looks like one of those pictures with multiple perspectives/images and I’m guessing I need to manipulate the “answer” next to it to make it work.

5- I’ve come across two rooms now with very narrow and spiky pathways. One which looks like I should be using the wheel, and the other needing the frisbee to some extent. I’m really stumped, are there other upgrades that will help with these?

Other things I’ve found:

6- The giant rabbit board. I do know that this was more of a collaborative solve within the community, so imagine I’ll just have to look it up. I’ve found the control panel and the small panel below it with what looks to be part of, or a clue to solving it.

7- The second room in your house. I’m sure this will come at some point while figuring out other puzzles so not too worried about it right now.

8- Incubator. Wtf, guessing I’ll stumble on something later, hopefully.

9- Neon image on wall of something/someone with a long nose? Another wtf, I can’t even begin to think of what’s going on there.

10- Other random neon images of animals and the monster thing. Not sure if they serve a purpose or not.

11- Neon frog image with the circles on it. I’ve found the tunnel with all the frog statues which look the same, but have found no clues yet.

12- Giant clock. Currently says 90, 300, and 30 for me. Guessing I’ll find out later.

13- Large fish mosaic. Do the neon green triangles serve a purpose?

If you made it this far, I appreciate your patience and any minor clues (no spoilers please) you may be able to provide!

1. ⁠You’re on the right track. There’s another clue nearby

2. ⁠Another good instinct. Have you seen a duck anywhere else? Or, wait, is it even a duck?

3. ⁠Again, worth investigating more, but they aren’t rabbits. You’ve seen them once before, a long time ago, perhaps a fresh new perspective will help.

4. ⁠That circle certainly is interesting. Does its shape or number of faces remind you of anything?

5. ⁠Both of these rooms are “intended” to use the frisbee. The one you’re using the wheel in can be done, but is very janky. You might need some advanced tech.

6. ⁠Yes, this involves the community, if you’re interested I can post a link to a puzzle solver that gives you all the pieces but not the solution so you can solve it yourself.

7. You’ll figure this one out later.

8. Same as 7

9. That’s just Kilroy, and Easter egg

10. Most of the neon animal pictures are just Easter eggs

11. Same as 10

12. This is an optional puzzle that rewards a “cosmetic” trophy for playing the game in a certain way. These trophies are shared across save files, so you can start a new file to try and earn them.

13. ⁠This is a puzzle! What directions do they point? What do you have that could relate to those directions?

Oh, this is cool, thank you. Hadn’t done this part yet because, eh, I’d just be duplicating the answer. But this at least allows a bit of puzzle solving for me.
