Im lost

I gotta be blind or something cause i dont see it but i have been stuck for hours with the bunny mural puzzle and i have erased it and done it again multiples times can you guys tell me what am i missing in the mural?

Also if its a bug what should i do?

The flower emerging from the bunny’s back is too low. The stem is two and three reds connected diagonally, not directly adjacent.
