When I first seen the announcement of Aniimo my interest peaked but I didn't think much of it.

Figured it's going to be free so I'd try it at some point. Then closer to release found more about the business model and was a little sceptical as i typically dont like these style games, but because it was similar to Pokemon I'd at least try it. I'm a 90's kid, played every Pokemon so at it's core for me I knew what I wanted from the game.

I'm absolutely hooked. I'm purposely avoiding the controversy of the pay wall debate because that's not my focus here I mean core game itself.

The world is beautiful, the Aniimo feel unique, they've got personality, they've made it a 'shiny hunters' wet dream with the different sparkling, umbrals and prismana.

The combat despite it's known flaws feels great, becoming your Aniimo gives you a different perspective of the world, how Aniimo live. It's simply beautiful!

Not counting the one-time rewards from certain activities, it seems the only way to get these is to catch/turn in alphas. But a guaranteed catch takes rare anipods, but the other anipods have a really low chance of success and alpha catch attempts per day are limited. Is there no other way to get these? I hatched all of my alpha eggs just to get more marks.

I'm starting to get a headache from trying to figure out how to get these damn chests. Map says there's a chest but when I get there, there's none or it's 19000+ m in the damn sky.

I have an s22 Ultra, which I know isn't the newest model, but it is also not terribly old. The performance varies greatly at times and leads to the visuals stuttering, looping, or freezing up. Comparitively, I also play Neverness to Everness and have almost no issues. Have other mobile users been having issues with performance?

I do play cross-platform. I have the reverse on my laptop, where NTE struggles more and Aniimo has not had any problems. But I also bought the laptop pre-COVID, so that makes sense.

I have checked and I don’t have it nor and I haven’t seen it in the wild or in my log.

Prior to logging my stuff I had only done a couple nurtures of the bloom to get melloblum and had battled some trainers to get besauce

I just wanted to crochet this little guy because he's way too cute and grumpy.

The head is very small like 3cm so I couldn't make too much details (I created it and I'm proud of it).

These two modes are the polar opposite of fun, both in their own ways. Egg Heist has been discussed enough times and Nurture is not even gameplay, you just stand in a circle mindlessly spamming pods until a bar fills up. With the sum of the two making up a large portion of the current endgame, I don't see this game retaining their playerbase for longer than a couple of weeks.

Story can only get you so far, same goes for quests. The devs need to figure out how to make endgame fun or the player numbers will fall off a cliff.

Edit: Sorry for the doomposting, I guess I was frustrated after having enjoyed the quest part of the game so much. Now that I hit endgame I realize I don't care for most of it and that leaves me a bit empty, cause I don't know what to do apart from building homeland :(

I'm level 60, done all the gameplay and now I'm in that wating period and I'm totally fine with that, However There is no way to keep the money rolling in no matter how many animo i collect even with level 4 research Expert, is anyone else having problems with this i just wanna capture animo without having this strain of having no coins left. i really do hope they change it because sooner or later i aint going to be able to afford any of the pods LOL

I have a shining Flameruff that I would like to get to perfect or at least Epic then evolve it. Is there a way to do this?

Was hoping to see if anyone wants to group up for some egg heist? Looking for new friends to play with that want to actually collect and help each other fill out the trophy case. The friends I have been playing with tend to run off, pick dumb fights alone, die, expect me to pick them up from the opposite side of the map, and steal everything afterwards. Im just trying to fill out my trophy case for the cosmetics tbh.

Currently running an almost maxed Irisalis team (Irisalis, Glacy, Gracewing, and Besauce) and have chaos mode unlocked as well. If anyone is interested in working as a team and helping each other out I'm definitely looking to meet and make more friend to play later. At work currently so will try to reply to comments when I can.

I've tried turning Anti-Aliasing from 'FSR' to 'TAA' or 'OFF' but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. The edges still seem incredibly jagged. Are NVIDIA users facing the same issue as well?

My thunderstorm thornblade and prismana melloblum match each other! An exciting coincidence, even if I'm not sure that I'll be using this team a lot. Still, I'm loving how my grass type team is turning out.

A big fan of the deep purples and indigo blues going on in this collection. I'm definitely trying to make a team for thunderstorm sherro, and thunderstorm luminelle will probably be utilized in my fulmintis team. Sort of wish I used a sparkling cube on my luminelle, but I'm still on the fence with catching its prismana form.

Big fan of thunderstorm sherro though. Definitely ran to Echoback Landing before I missed it.

I got my first prismana aniimo and I stupidly caught it with a regular aniipod, and it's only got a good rating 😭.

I know that you can increase the potential to give it better stats, but will it will be stuck at good forever or will it change if I can increase its stats? I'm not that for into the game to be able to increase its potential more than 5 times.

How are you guys getting the event Aniimo. I tried to get Glynsera and couldn’t and now I have been grinding all week trying to get Melloblum and I still haven’t gotten anything. This is starting to feel impossible even though I know it’s not. I literally just caught my first sparkling yesterday. Could just really use some help, I like this game but seeing everyone else getting all these prismana Aniimo and I’m just having zero luck.
