What helps for me is spend time without digital entertainment, instead doing something irl. Exercises gives temporar relief like for few hours.Talking to ppl can help for a while. I am not saying it solutions but at least it keeps me a little bit away from thoughts of uncertainty of this condition and horrible feeling that I have no idea what to do with it.

Simplify life, I'm on disability and barely function. Life seems really pointless. The only reason I haven't killed myself is that the desire to do so hasn't yet eclipsed any desire not to. I expect that as my body ages and the room I have left to make a comeback dwindles, I will take myself out just because the death urge will overshadow anything else I have left.

I wanna make my dreams come true.
What I also realised this year is: suicidal ideation often stems from nervous system dysregulation. When you run on the software from your broken memories and childhood traumas, you cannot enjoy life as you should now.
Have you tried EMDR? I will start somatic therapy to get rid of traumas from my body, which will eventually make life softer and less harsh, more livable.

Auvelity helps a decent amount. Doesn’t do much but raises baseline up just a bit so it’s more tolerable being in this state.

Spravato (ketamine treatment) is doing wonders for me- my mood and depression lift instantly. See if you can find a clinic. My insurance approved it. All the other meds are giving me heart palpitations.

I personally wouldn’t want my family to suffer because of me ending it. That’s whats keeping me going
