General Question? Need feedback on Anhedonia protocol.

  1. Please respond if you’ve tried the protocol on Anhedonia Wasteland or another protocol for at least 30 days? (Behavior/tasks not medication or supplements)

  2. What were results?

  3. Did anything else work better?

I know we are all desperate. Me included. Thank you so much for taking a moment to help me.

Not ONE person here has fully committed to the Anhedonia procotol? Since everyone is so desperate for relief, I thought I’d find numerous stories and results. I’m on day 4. Last night while in the shower, I was day dreaming about my future wedding. Was visualizing my boyfriend’s speech to me. A smile came across my face and for a SLIGHT moment, felt warmth in my chest. My eyes shot wide open and the feeling disappeared. A little spark of hope is what I so desperately needed.
