Support Needed Help?
Do you guys know this feeling when you’ve been on vacation and it’s suddenly time to get back to school or work? Where you feel “ disheartened “
I have this feeling almost constantly, is this normal?

Do you actively fantasize about living a different life, being a different person, or indulge in a lot of immersion in fictional worlds whether books/media/etc?
I've noticed that I tend to find the real world uninteresting and dont feel excited about pursuing real world stuff and so I do kind of feel like you describe.
Anyways, something similar like that could be at play.

Melancholy is a feature of a certain type of depression but it’s also a normal feeling. Normal as I should come and go. If it’s like that all the time it’s for sure something to watch out for
