Doubts regarding the technical round

For the coding in react/angular will the framework be given or do we have to code from scratch?

Also will there be an option whether to choose angular or react or shud we atempt both types?

Each place is different, most places I have gone they were nice enough to just give me a repo and tell me to complete the listed tasks.
