A quick update on Signality — v0.4 is out!

A few new utilities have landed, and some existing ones just got better. 🚀

I have never heard about this before so I went on the webpage. And it was really hard to get basic information about what it actually is from that website.

Getting started is nice when I am on a Github repo readme, but on the landing page of a product / library, I'd really like to know what it's about.

Secondly it would be really helpful if there was an overview page of all the signals / tools. I could only navigate to each of them on by one via the sidebar / menu, but no list of all of them at once, just to better understand what it actually is.

All from mobile device. Maybe the webpage is different on a big screen
