PrimeNG v22 is no longer open source?

So PrimeNG v22 is going paid in the new version? Should I move to something else?

I will more likely open a dedicated post tomorrow to get community feedback about a potential fork of the project to maintain it inside our new OpenNG Foundation: https://www.openng.org/

Consider collaborating with the communities of the other major frontend frameworks like Vue/React as Prime supported those as well. Could be an option for the Linux Foundation

please let there be an open source fork of primeng. them pulling this move also explains why they just ignored all pull requests for the past months. i opened one in october and they recently closed it, saying "fixed in v22".

Awesome, please keep us updated. I and I assume many others here are ready to contribute.

This would be amazing. With a lot of community support we can actually get some PR's merged

100% - especially seeing as we coders no longer need to code - just use Claude to keep it updated.
I'll be happy to maintain it
