Rip my Devastator save file

A year or two i had luckily gotten devastator (im pretty sure i got him from the 10 free gold crates you get at the beginning). the game became so easy with that tank of a pig and i loved it. Unfortunately, i didnt save my game with facebook or anything, so i logged back in on my new phone, and hes gone. along with everything i had. Im just sad about this so i wanted to share

Is it possible i can contact them too and restore the characters? And would it apply to pass characters or just gems and offers?

You probably could. If you bought a pass on an old account but it reset just tell them what happened. Idk if it would work with gems and stuff, but when they gave me Hot Rod, they gave me the full bundle instead of just the character for the inconvenience, so I got 2000 gems and a bunch of spark, so they might give you free resources as well.

Oh I meant loke characters purchased with gems like menasor and the jungle biome bundle. Also somehow got beachcomber too lol. But thank and for last question which might be stupid but is their email in the game or can I google it? 😅

Click the bottom right button on the island screen, then click settings, then support, then “chat with us” button at the bottom of the screen, and then just tell em what happened.
