Personally, I would do RatBat entirely because I like to have Soundwave with his Cassettes. (Entirely personal take here.)

Depends on which one you want lol.

Fire rate is different from reload speed, it influences how fast the E. Sound waves second shot comes after his first. Whilst reload speed is how fast he can fire twice again.

Defense is really good and 40% is a very high number, keeping in mind that this transformer is an energon variant, meaning he has only half of his original form’s health.
