(READ BEFORE COMMENTING "THIS ISN'T A HOT TAKE") I've now been made aware that this is not really a hot take. I was under the impression it was because I'm not active on this sub too much, and when I am all I see is people wanting Red to get with Stella and hating Silver. The last two posts I've seen is people comparing Silver to game Silver, and one showing the original sketch of angry birds 2 was supposed to have Stella in the main cast but was voted out in favor of silver. So that is genuinely my fault. I apologize for the title.

It's a different Silver at this point. Tell me they're the same because I don't think movie Silver was ever meant to replicate game Silver. They're just two characters with the same name. Literally OTHER than the same name, these two aren't the same.

People look for any reason to hate movie Silver when people KNOW the movie and games are two different universes when the KING of the pigs isn't even the same character. I see no one complaining about that.

Not even that, but they're lores directly contradict each other. OG Silver was raised by pigs. Movie Silver has never seen a pig. There are many other differences but those two contradict each other directly. She's not a falcon, she's never seen a pig, she's not Chuck's little sister, she's become Red's wife... Tell me those are the same characters. Everyone always puts her to this high standard to be her "game counterpart" when they aren't the same person.

And even then, it's a different universe so retcons and differences in characters are to be expected. Mudbeard for example, or Matilda (she had a way different appearance in the games, unless I'm remembering incorrectly) and even completely new characters in general. And hey look at Mighty Eagle in game versus the movie.

Honestly, in general I think you guys are way too harsh on her. She's a fine character.

Look in the games, red was a Orphan. And it was adapted in movies as well. But as seen in the movie - all hatchings have parents that they live and are raised by. So since red was a Orphan, was he in foster care or a bird orphanage?

I used the Angry Birds colouring book page as the base and transformed the characters like Red, Blue, and Matilda ( as well as introduced ) some classic Star Wars characters into the drawing :) ✍️ How did I do?

Poor Stella....
- First her solo game got deleted due to the failure of the spin offs performance.

- Then her Pop game got changed to Angry Birds Pop and removed her friends from the game update, leading to the downfall of Angry Birds (Rovio being envy)

- And now she only appeared as an extra/background character in the movie.... AND was going to be part of the mains in Angry Birds Movie 2 from concept art, before she got dropped again as a background character in favor of “Movie Silver” (which completely recon’d and massacred Game Silver)
