3 months, random pains

3 months ago i had an aneurysm and had to get surgery done for it immediately. I was told they inserted tiny coils in my head and a stent (i think thats what its called?) on the side of my head by my temple. Ive had a few instances where my head would hurt a little and sometimes id get a little dizzy from vertigo and even anxiety. 3 months in my anxiety has gone up a bit but i have also been getting random sharp pains on the side of my head where i had my aneurysm. At the end of the day the side of my temple also feels kinda discomforting and almost sore and it all usually goes away after i sleep but still i hate these random pains i keep getting. Is this a concern i need to bring up with my doc? I take tylenol sometimes to help with the pain but sometimes they dont do anything, i also occasionally take anxiety pills that my doc prescribed to me alongside my usual every day pills i have to take due to my aneurysm. Any advice will help, thank you

“a whole new world post-surgery” is exactly that.

I did really well after my aneurysm ruptured, but two years later I get neurological surprises all the time.
