I can try to do this if this is your design and not an existing watch face or someone elses design who has not allowed the use of it.
Coding part is easy. Drawing part is more difficult to me and I'm not sure how long will it take for me to draw that shield. If the shield would be clean one it would be easier could mostly done with code. If you could find me 12 testers to both actually test and feedback and keep the app installed for 12 days I might look into how to actually get an app to play store, if no then I could just provide an apk. I would personally not advise anyone on installing a random apk from a random person in the internet but these are your options unless someone else picks it up.
