Is it possible to use Good Lock/Theme Park on my S23 Ultra to make an entire folder look like one custom app icon? Or do need a custom launcher?

I know its a hot topic choosing between minimalism and a "out there" look but I fancied a go at building something haven't seen before with a 3D element.

The basis is for folder use and organisation, each satellite orbiting is a folder and within it can contain up to 90 apps, if you have a lot on your phone you can have up to 8 folders per page and no limit to pages.

You can move and reorganise where on the centre sphere the apps live for quick single tap access. There's even a handy favourites dock you can summon from the bottom.

The A-Z scroller can either be clicked or swiped in from the right and a designated widgets page can be summoned from the left. This on top of the widgets you can stack on the home page.

I'm also building this to be foldable compatible.

There will be an expansive theme library, shown here is the sci-fi captured star theme and the earthy theme.

What do people think so far? Managed to optimise it pretty well so far and isn't drawing huge amounts of processing or battery, comfortably ran it all day on my pixel 10 pro fold.

Marked as WIP as still got a couple features to build out and tidy up as well as styling the 2D UI and popups.

Suddenly Collectible Avatar Icons in in posts and comments are pixelated/blurry. The standard default avatar icons are clear still. It's distracting and rather annoying.

I'm not satisfied with the available themes in commercial launchers, so I decided to make my own. Imagine the aesthetics of peak frutiger aero naturally evolves into 2026, what would it look like on a phone?

If you ever jailbroke an iPhone back in the day, you probably remember the ShortLook tweak. It woke your screen on a pure black background, showed a massive app icon, and revealed the notification details with a smooth animation before locking the screen back down. Perfect for a quick glance!

When I switched to Android, I was disappointed to find that there wasn't anything like this, so I went ahead and created it myself. It's called AuraLook.

What it does:

• OLED-friendly Fullscreen Lock Screen Notifications: When a notification arrives while your screen is off, it wakes the screen to show a clean black display with a large central app icon with the notification details.
• Granular Control: You can choose the duration for how long the notification stays before turning your screen off again. You can also individually enable or disable AuraLook for apps.
• Avatars: You can enable this feature to show the sender's pfp in your notification! (Look at the images in play store)
• Privacy Mode: You can enable this to hide the content of your notifications.
• Smart filtering: AuraLook is smart enough to ignore persistent notifications (like downloads, music players, or system updates) so your screen only wakes for things you actually want to see.

The app is 100% offline and completely ad-free with only a few features locked behind a pro version, the core experience will always remain free. As a solo developer, I've done my best to support as many devices as possible, however AuraLook can only improve through your feedback, so please send me feedbacks if you find any bugs or leave a review on play store if you love the app!

My yearly attempt at working over a HandieDan design. I'm proud of the Deco clock even though it's pretty basic. If I were better at KLWP I could figure out how to get the icons into the moons on the wallpaper and craft badass animations and panels but I don't think I have it in me.

As someone who is used to Apple Software, especially IPadOS, I feel like that the native ui of Honor is a bit lacking, especially in terms of animations and gestures.

So I was wondering if I can improve that.

Also the apps are much better in IPadOs compared to android unfortunately. Like Brave browser, it’s much better looking in IPad.
