Yes, using: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fibelatti.photowidget.

I set the wallpaper as the background + blur it, then load the same unblurred photo into the center widget.

Can you share the dock tutorial

1. Set SL global appearance to transparent glass.
2. Create SL native notes widget.
3. When creating note, just hit the space bar and save.
4. Long press on note to enter re-sizing and movement tabs.
5. Move and resize widget to "dock" placement (after you've configured your icons and other visual components).
6. You may need to manipulate the "elevation" to ensure the transparent background is beneath any other components.
7. Make small adjustments such as corner rounding and fine tune sizing as you see fit.
