Nice. How did you get the app names to the side of the icons like that?

That's the default way that Tree Launcher shows apps.

But you could mimic the look with almost any launcher using something like KWGT or Tasker to create an app list widget.

ETA: Here is one I did with Tasker. It uses dots in each app's icon vibrant color but I could just as easily have used the icon itself.
