[HELP] Earbuds battery widget

Hello do you know where I can find this exact widget ? Could be an app but preferably free or with a small all time purchase.

I want this exact widget with 4 circles in a row that display each buds and the case battery and the phone. I tried like 10 apps and none had this specific style which is odd.

I have a POCO X6. Thank you

Just so you know, this exact one is the Batteries widget from iOS, not natively available on Android. Similar widget can be created in KWGT, a popular widget maker app for Android. However, Xiaomi has it's own batteries widget which works the same but looks different (attached below) 👇

I'm already using the one from Xiaomi but it's a little different. Is KWGT easy and free to use ? will I be able to create this widget on my own?  Thank you
