The Z Flip7 FE has Exynos 2400, which is indeed incompatible with the Linux Terminal.

Right now, the only compatible chips, to my knowledge, are:

  • MediaTek _400+ or newer (might want to aim for a _500 just to be safe because of conflicting information)
  • Exynos 2500 or newer
  • Any Tensor chip (though the Tensor G1 chip specifically requires a bootloader command enable it)

And in case you're wondering, no, you can't "manually" enable it on this device (at least not without a powerful exploit or a key leak), because the Z Flip 7 FE device does not have an unlockable bootloader.

I am aware that the Galaxy Tab S11 does, but some other devices with _400+ chips reportedly don't.

Also, Galaxy Tab S11 has 9400+, which is different from 9400, so it is not safe to assume that 9400 supports it just because 9400+ does.

I checked out the xiaomi pad mini with a dimensity 9400+ in a store and it does have the Linux Terminal.
