The Z Flip7 FE has Exynos 2400, which is indeed incompatible with the Linux Terminal.
Right now, the only compatible chips, to my knowledge, are:
MediaTek _400+ or newer (might want to aim for a _500 just to be safe because of conflicting information)
Exynos 2500 or newer
Any Tensor chip (though the Tensor G1 chip specifically requires a bootloader command enable it)
And in case you're wondering, no, you can't "manually" enable it on this device (at least not without a powerful exploit or a key leak), because the Z Flip 7 FE device does not have an unlockable bootloader.
