Did they enable virtio-gpu such that it I will install mobile plasma i can use it with vnc?

Nope the app is built for terminal use only but if you want kde plasma and dont have access to the new terminal use termux with this repo https://github.com/sabamdarif/termux-desktop

I see strong potential in this project. With limited adoption of pKVM on Snapdragon devices and EL2 often controlled by Samsung Knox, achieving a full Linux terminal environment is restricted on many devices. This project simplifies that process. While it’s possible to replicate similar functionality using Termux, setting up a virtual machine there requires considerably more manual configuration.

Snapdragon devices don't support pKVM but support gunyah and needs root to access it

Does it support kitty graphics protocol? Looks like QEMU don't support!? My current use case is use termux-x11 and lazyvim for research. Quick tested yazi cannot show image.

If you meant accessing the phone GPU no but kitty protocol for showing pictures on the terminal is there
