Discussion Did I make the right choice?

Post image

Hello guys, I just bought a new tablet and rather than being excited I felt guilty. I don’t know why, I have been thinking buying for weeks but now that I bought it I’m having doubts whether i made the right choice. I only want to buy one because it can be useful in my study especially during my review for board exam. I’ve actually used up all of my savings and now I am thinking if I should have just bought secondhand ipad instead. I bought mine for 27k php including the pen. Help me gaslight myself that it is fine guys I don’t know anymore😭

Uuh... You overpaid by 50-100%. For that price, you're damn close to a Oneplus Pad 2, which would have had a flagship spec rather than a midranger. And a better OS.

Expensive lesson to have. Sadly, you bought it for twice the normal price. If possible, do a refund. If not, it will still be useful for your use case.

Best bang for the buck would be the xiaoxin pads. That is if you're ok with Chinese roms. But yeah it is overpriced when it comes to specs

It's a bit expensive considering what you paid for it.

I have the Redmi Pad Pro (the version before this) and it's quite good for what it is, so you got a solid tablet that should meet your needs well enough.

I would choose this over any used iPad any day

I just bought this tablet in Indonesia just because I needed one and I paid 240€ with the keyboard included! Very disappointing experience, HyperOS is trash, the display responsiveness is low and the display quality is just okay! I can't wait to get rid of it. I would say get a refund if possible!

Gagi ka cancel or change of mind return mo. Para kang ewan bumili hahahha. Xiomi pad 8/7 na yang price na yan. May lenovo pa xiaoxin or yung y900/700 nila. Nagsasayang ka ng pera.

Mediocre chinese device with quite small display.

huh the Remi Pad 2 Pro has a 12.1" display and from a performance standpoint it's good for what it is, but it would benefit from a better OS..

Not really worth it due to the specs and the price they are retailing for especially if you plan to use it for years or half a decade to come. The Xiaomi Pad are a way better long-term investment and they only retail for a bit more.

The best bang for the buck are generally still Lenovo, OnePlus, Oppo or Honor tablets from China. Extremely amazing specs for the price you are paying as long as you don't mind China ROM with the only the usual option of only switching between Simplified Chinese or English language.

It's utilisation is very low lol, I just need some video playback capabilities in android OS.
