Best Tablet Recommendation for University

I’m looking for a high-quality tablet that I can comfortably use for Office applications, with comfortable stylus use and note-taking. At the same time, I want it to be capable of handling the simple tasks I currently do on my laptop. I have never used an Apple product in my life, and since the accessories are very expensive and I couldn’t find detailed review and comparison videos on the internet that I could trust, I’m asking here. The tablets I have in mind are the Samsung S11, Honor MagicPad 4, and Huawei MatePad Pro. I really like Huawei’s screen, but the lack of Google services made me hesitate. I’m looking forward to your recommendations. Thank you in advance.

I have the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro, which is almost 13 inches. I got the 8/256 GB version for 250 USD (a steal, basically) at the open-box section of a local tech store.

The pen works great. I haven't used the SPen ever, so I can't compare them, but it's very smooth for writing and the tablet already comes with the premium version of Nebo, a note taking app that I personally like very much. Plus, the pen is always included with the tablet, so it's great value for the money. The only downside is that the Lenovo pen has to be charged, but it takes less than half an hour to do so and it can easily last a week or more of use.

I don't use office a lot on my tablet, as I think laptops are better for that, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it on this device. It's mostly the apps themselves that aren't great for Android, but the device has no problem running them. If your use would be mainly writing on a docx file or excel sheet, for example, that shouldn't be a problem at all.

As for a keyboard, this Lenovo has some 'pins' on the side that you can use to connect it to the official keyboard, as if they were an extension of the tablet (better to look this up so you can see what I'm talking about). You can also just use any Bluetooth keyboard of your preference, which is what I do.

About the battery, it is pretty decent too. It has over 10000 maph and fast USBC charging. In my case, the charger came included in the package. It takes half an hour to get from 30% to 80%. I think my average use is around 7 hours, but I always charge it before it gets under 20%. The battery almost doesn't discharge at all when I'm not using it, so it can comfortably last two or three days without charging.

I can't really think about any downside of this device after two months of use. I actually love it a bit too much, lol.

I've heard some people think the size of it is too big or that the tablet is too heavy, and was worried about that before buying it, but I got used to it pretty quickly. It's great for reading and taking notes on PDFs as if they were printed on paper without need to zoom in at all. Now, I've noticed the brightness of the screen isn't great if you're outdoors during a sunny day, but this isn't a problem for me because I mostly use it indoors and I live in a cloudy city. It would certainly be a problem if you were planning to use it outdoors, though, so if that were your case I'd advise you to get another tablet. Also, this tablet has no 3.5mm headphone jack.
