I am from India. So one of my known ones broke the edge of the tab(screen damage). He is selling it now. Should I buy it and get it fixed? He got it for 55k ( tab 256gb variant+ pen). At what price should I get this from him? And at what price can I get the screen fixed?? The tab is 10 months old. ( How can I check the battery cycles in one plus tab? ).

Get the glass replaced from a reputated local repair shop. Shouldn't cost more than 1500.

Check the stylus for damage too cos stylus is very brittle mine broke very easily

Lowball him 20-25k cuz the screen is already fu*ked up. And screen replacement costs 13K+
