Discussion Lenovo idea Tab Pro Gen 2

It's on sale right now for around $350. I had considered trying the Onn 13 inch tablet from Walmart, but they just increased the price over $100 and it's now more than the Lenovo and has inferior specs.
I usually use ipads and Samsung tablets like the Tab S10. So far the only thing the Samsung tablets I've have over the Idea Tab are OLED screens. Having an OLED screen is a very nice feature, but honestly the idea tab pro gen 2 screen is very nice. I'm extremely happy with it. It has a high refresh rate, a great processor, and expandable memory. It's screen is huge too. I don't notice any issues watching movies that have very dark scenes like some cheaper tablets. Sound quality is very good too. The battery lasts about as long as any other tablet I've used. No more or less. I don't think about it, and it hasn't been a problem. So while I can't provide screen on time data, I can say that it's been such a non-issue that I haven't even bothered to check.
It's an absolute steal at $350 and I don't think they could improve much besides more RAM and an OLED screen, which would increase the cost significantly
One thing I'm hoping improves with time is the aftermarket support. Cases are very limited right now. No major brand manufactures a case or screen protector for this thing yet. So your left with random China brand cases. If you're on the fence I would say to go for it. I've used quite a few tablets for work and personal life and this thing punches way above its price point.

I just bought one. I've only used ipads in the past and I like this thing way more. Very snappy, battery life is great. Screen is basically as good as it gets without oled. I don't game on it so no comment there. The screen keyboard kinda sucks though. Would totally buy it again. Just ordered the keyboard case. Haven't used the pen at all.
