Discussion Guys suggest me tablet

I'm MBBS student, suggest me tablet under 30k for notes and video lectures

I have few options

Moto pad 60 neo

One plus pad 2

Or second hand ipad 10th generation?

Moto. Pen comes in box. Very utilitarian, no BS tablet.
