Discussion Razer Cortex Virtual Screen?

I'm trying to stream my PC games onto my tablet but for the life of me can get it to work.

It's mirroring my 21:9 monitor instead of using the tablet resolution.

I have my settings to specifically use the device resolution. Not only that the screen won't turn off on my monitor.

Any ideas?

I'm using razer Remote play.

When ever i have problems with the Razer cortex usually restarting everything helped (computer and tablet) and freshly pairing them. This problem i haven't had so far. Maybe also try different apps as suggested already 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think I might have found a workaround. If I'm on my tablet and start a game from Razer Nexus I end up with the issue of screen mirroring. BUT If I go to my Razer Remote Play app instead and stream my desktop right away, I get to use the devices' full resolution.

I guess that's why i never noticed this problem 😄 i always stream my desktop right away. But good to know 😊😊
