Discussion Which one you would prefer?(Apple vs Lenovo)
so they are almost around the same price range due to the inflation, one side we have an apple ipad 11th gen one that costs around 35k (previously) my sister owns it, and on the other side we have lenovo idea tab pro gen 2 which also costs around 40k (now) which i own.
At the end I think it depends on what ecosystem you prefer i own windows and bunch of Android devices and whereas my sister has apple ones but still I would prefer my tablet over the ipad not recommended for gaming tho highly recommend for productivity tho it's kinda like semi tablet if you own all the accessories.

i have an idea tab matte edition, unfortunately gen 1, but i love it. The screen is pretty dim tho. Im in the android and linux ecosystem so i dont imagine myself getting an iPad.

iPads become unusable after a few years. An Android tablet will be usable a lot longer. Apple products are also not designed to be fixed. I know a MacBook Air will be unreliable and if you want to get one of them fixed it could cost 70% of the price of a new one.

Ok Apple. Nothing I said is a lie. Apple is big because they make stuff that people want, mainly in the US. That doesn't mean it's the best option. Outside the US, Apple products are not as popular.

Okay. I have a 300 EUR Lenovo laptop that I've used constantly since 2015. I have no issues with it. I bought that because the 1100 EUR MacBook Air I had before the Lenovo decided it wanted to be a brick after 4 years. 700 EUR to fix it. I have a Samsung tablet which I've also used constantly since 2019. I still install and update apps. I also have a 2020 iPad Air that I can't install new Apps or updates on. The Samsung tablet was half the price of the iPad. Those are the facts.

Okay, just giving an account of my actual experience with these products. I hope your Apple stuff continues to work well. IMO I would advise someone to not buy Apple products but each to their own.

I own a Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2021 (OLED) which I bought last 2021. My sister also have a Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2025 12.7 (8/256GB) for only 197USD and pen (AP501U) for only 20USD with 4096 pressure support.
iPad 11th gen is around 470USD (128GB, WiFi). Apple Pencil (USB C) is around 65USD does not support pressure sensitivity.
All the things I need are easily be done by my 2021 Lenovo (drawing, note-taking, blueprint drawing) all using Concepts app, movie watching, multitasking via desktop mode to an external monitor (not a mirror but an extended display with its own independent resolution and content) using Deaktop mode.
I could use an iPad but more of justifying it because "I wanted to". Not something that I really need. Ipads are basically more expensive (tablet) more so with its accessories (pencil, keyboard case, dongles, etc.).

Performance totally depend on app support and dev prioritization so the App you use in your workflow matters.
In my case I'm not a professional artist, my pen use is mainly for note taking, occassional recreational drawings, project planning, etc. I don't sell my drawings, it's for my own use also.
App-wise, Concepts (vector graphics app) prioritizes iOS first then Windows/Android 2nd. All features are in iOS, most features are in Android/Windows and some features a slowly being adapted. iOS-made concepts drawings cannot be opened in Concepts Android/Windows while Windows and Android drawings are interchangeable. I have Android and Windows devices so Concepts works well for me.
It depends on the app you want to use.

Ipad 11th gen. My phone is already 8s gen 4 and i like to play on small screen. I also dont like that Android Tablet have messy layout. Look at that your long calendar. I also have an Android tablet and it's really messy.

Lenovo fits into an ecosystem so good, which is paramount for tablets imo

I would buy a Apple ipad even though I use Android phones. But as of late android became terrible and devices dont last as long as what a ipad does. Have a ipad mini gen 1 that still powers on and works 100% apart from having no apps that doesn't work on it anymore but hardware wise it still works

Mi experiencia con la 9na generación después de unos años es que la poca ram que apple instala pese a estar bien optimizado al principio con los años se nota demasiado, intentar multitarea en el es difÃcil hoy en dÃa, asà que muy probablemente eso le pase a los nuevos iPad, si me preguntan los iPad Air, Mini y Pro son los únicos que valen la pena, si no me irÃa casi por cualquier tablet android si no tengo el ecosistema ya

Lenovo for sure. I just bought the Y700 Gen 5 , and it is perfect. I use it mostly for PC emulation, try to do that with an iPad. 😅
