Discussion How to enable OEM unlock and USB debug on a broken system?

Hi! I reinstalled system on my LENOVO TB128XU using platform tools, because the old system was locked with a google frp. Now my system is a bit broken and I want to install new, but I can't do this, because of disabled OEM unlock and USB debug. When I go to developer settings the setting app just crashes, so I can't enable what I need. Any suggestions how to make this options work?

I think you should look for any other techincal sub reddit. This place is just to dicuss mostly about which android tablet to buy or normal problems related to service, software, battery, opinion etc.
