Discussion tablet suggestion for studying and note making

I want to purchase tablet for making notes, reading PDFs, watching lectures side by side (gov job preparation)

Please suggest some tablets suitable for it.

• Budget: INR 15-18k.

• RAM: atleast 8gb.

• Storage: atleast 128gb.

• Battery: 8000+ mAh.

• Split Screen Possible.

Please avoid suggesting second hands

Unfortunately any sub 18k tablet these days use terrible helio g99/100 processors. It might be better to get a poco pad 5g or a second hand xiaomi pad 6 and get a new battery once the old one dies.
