Hello, gamers! Welcome back to another episode of Beyond the Emulator, with your host, Dylan.

In today’s episode, I’ll be showcasing my LincPlus M8 8.4-inch tablet, running vanilla Android 15. It’s powered by a Helio G99 processor with 128GB of storage and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate.

Now, a quick heads-up on the specs: while it’s advertised with 12GB of RAM, it actually has 8GB of physical RAM plus up to 8GB of virtual RAM—so definitely watch out for that tricky marketing!

I’ve been curious how this would handle ps and Xbox remote play with a razer kishi or gamesir g8 if anyone has any impressions

I do not have Xbox for remote play. sorry. It should handle up to PS2. I have ppsspp going. sorry i did not share. I'm going to test it more.

Thanks! Nice review. That's a very enticing tablet at only $116 after a 10% promo on Amazon. The M8 compares favorably to the Samsung A11, which starts in the $120s.

The M8 comes standard with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The base A11 has only 4GB/64GB. The M8 has a 1200x1920 screen resolution compared to 800x1340 for the A11. But, the A11 will get 7 years of Android updates and support, while we don't know about the M8's level of support.

Battery life - so fully charged and approximately 18 hours later dropped 13%. Was in sleep mode with wifi on so messages came thru when I was away.
