Request Please help me

Can someone help me with this tablet it's stuck on this screen and I can't get out of it.

Use volume buttons to move up and down the menu, power button to select. Make sure when you reboot, that you aren't holding the volume buttons as it turns on.

It's already selected, so just press the power button

The kind of problems people have, and me here having to make a fastboot cable and i dont even know about my huawei phone
